On Bank Holidays our rates are charged at time and a half.
On Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day our rates are charged at double time.
Travel Costs for our carers are included for local customers.
We do not charge for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) it is always included in our costs.
