assist with information on other services that could be of benefit
to your well being.

that we will always endeavour to find a carer/s you are happy
with and feel comfortable in the presence of whilst appreciating
that continuity of carer is essential to your peace of mind.
You have the right to expect:-
that all information about you will be kept confidential at all
times and will only be disclosed in the event of an emergency.
You have the right to expect:-
that a full and detailed complaints procedure exists and that
information on how to register a complaint will be given to you.
You have the right to expect:-
