We are a Domiciliary Care company dedicated to providing the highest quality service, to the elderly and infirm in the comfort of their own homes.Our management, staff and carers have all worked in the Home Care marketplace for a large number of years and are fully conversant with the operation of a Home Care Agency. They have over the years developed close working relationships with other professional services such as Social Services, District Nurses and other departments of the Local and Health Authorities
Whether you are a Private Client or you are supported by Social Services we examine your requirements and agree a care plan in advance. We feel that understanding your requirements is essential, in order for us to provide you with a service that fully reflects your needs and preferences.
The initial visit is FREE there is no obligation to purchase a service from us, we are happy to discuss your requirements without charge and will conduct our visit in the strictest confidence.
We only use Personal Home Carers who have been properly trained; who have passed through an Induction Training Program and attended a Handling & Lifting Course.
Our pricing structure is both Fair and Easy to understand. There are no hidden charges. We promise that you will receive value for money whether you need 1 hour per week or 24 hours per day.
We maintain 24 hour contact 365 days of the year with our clients. After normal working hours our emergency call system operates. Ensuring assistance is always available in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
We maintain the highest standards of response and have installed the latest relationship database software and tracking programs to ensure that we are always aware of the ongoing situation. Our "on call " emergency facility will fully reflect our office environment, the operator will monitor by using a laptop containing all the relevant data and tracking systems.
